Family barn with room for 16 horses. Horses have 12 x 12 stall and 24’ x 12' run out attached, they can come in and out as they please. We have a nice outdoor riding arena 120’ by 90’, a wonderful indoor riding arena 100' x 60' and a 60’ round pen. We feed twice a day with Washington Timothy hay and Alfalfa if you would like. We will feed supplements too. There is plenty of area to hand graze your horse and it is planted with horse grasses. Many trails and areas to ride from the property. We have Horse Manure Compost you can pick up for free - bring a shovel and bucket or bag. We will also deliver up to 5 yards and dump it in a location you choose. We charge 200.00 for truck, trailer and driver to bring you a load and dump it.
