Private unique co-op horse facility offering self care and partial self care boarding for horse owners who want to be more involved in the daily care of their horses. Beautiful new main barn and stalls available. Facility has recently gone through major improvements and renovations. All stalls have shade, rubber mats, excellent drainage, lights and electricity for fans. Large lighted arena with 60 foot round pen, wash rack with hot water, tack room, feed room, hay barn, trailer parking, lots of shade for tacking up, three dirt turnouts, two grass pastures, lounge area for boarders, two refrigerators, cold and hot drinking water dispenser, washer and dryer, restroom and sink. Near the Queen Creek wash, Equestrian Center, and San Tan Park.
