Full scale horse boarding and training facility, owner occupied. Multiple variety sized stalls with shades. A 138'x152' riding arena, 60ft large round pen, 15ft small round pen, single speed horse walker, multiple wash racks and shoeing stations. 3 full living quarter hook-up spots, dry campers welcome, with 110/water availability. Limited space, trailer storage, on-site tackroom, self, part and full care options available. Long Term stays may receive discounts (6 months or more). Trail riding off-site to open state leased land and federal lands. Dogs welcome under strict supervision and leash requirements. Reservations required, deposits are paid at time of reservation. No holds without deposit. Pet services available off site.
