The OC Fair & Event Center Equestrian Center (EQC) is located on the OC Fair & Event Center property – 88 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. EQC entry is through Gate 9, off Arlington Drive. EQC is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. for boarders and trainers. EQC office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Saturday; 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Sunday (closed on holidays). EQC is open to the public, but horses boarded at EQC are privately owned. Visitors must check in. For disease prevention and the health of all horses, absolutely NO petting or feeding by the public is allowed.
