Southern Strides offers Equine-Assisted Learning, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, and Riding Lessons (we do not offer trail rides). Our mission is to enhance the lives of veterans, active military members, first responders, and individuals with disabilities or struggling with work-related trauma and stress by nurturing their physical, psychological, spiritual, and social well-being through equine-assisted activities.
