Jim McCartney is the owner of Rainmaker Stables and has been in the horse business for 30+ years. He has had a passion for horses since he was a young boy. He was exposed to life with horses by his father and uncle who were always avid horse owners, whether it was showing horses at the fair or racing at the local track.
