White Winter Farm is home to the White Family and their beloved animals. Head trainer, Susy White, started riding horses when she was 13 and hasn't stopped since. After graduating from Michigan State University, she taught in the Equine Science and Management Department at Delaware Valley University in Doylestown, PA, for ten years. In 2013 she moved to Traverse City, MI and White Winter Farm was established in 2016. Susy rarely misses an opportunity to learn something new in any discipline of equine sport, but she has focused training in equine behavior and management, nutrition, exercise physiology, hunt seat equitation, eventing, and dressage. We offer training, lessons, management consulting, and short-term boarding.
