All horses must have a negative coggins. Rent is due on the 3rd of each month. After the 7th of each month a late fee of $10 a day will be added the any unpaid rent. Your rent covers board water and electricity. You are responsible for feed and hay and will be required to feed on a daily basis. Stalls are to be cleaned weekly. We have to give your horse feed hay and water you will be expected to pay $150 weekly or $600 monthly Payment is expected prior to service
