Your experience will start out great and will stay that way for as long as you don't question me. I do not fix the barn structure in a timely manner. The pastures do not get rotated. I do not plant annual seeds. The water troughs do not get scrubbed out often, maybe once a month if lucky. The electric fences are just for show. Round bales are only put out in one pasture mainly. Just because you want a stall does not mean you will get one specially if that stall once had a horse of my own in it and has died . It stays vacant! I am not sure when your horse will need vet care so come out often to make sure they are alright. If I want to take your horse on a trail ride or to a show I will. Everything will be fine .
