Jennifer Matthews Williams from H.O.T. Equestrian Academy, is the premier cow horse training barn in Central Texas. We offer a complete program of board, nutrition and training rides, lessons, and competition opportunities for Youth through Non-Pro riders and their horses. Under the direction of Jennifer, riders work on reining maneuvers, mechanical flag and cattle work and ranch riding and Stock horse events. We also offer colt starting services which have produced Futurity competitors and money earners. Champions start here. ​
