Learning WITH Horses provides pediatric therapy treatment by a board certified therapist benefitted by the movement of the horse. Otherwise known as Hippotherapy or Equine-Assisted Therapy. Our Program Focuses on Using the Horse to Balance the Brain and Connect the Body to Target the Skills Needed for Your Child to be an Independent Learner. LWH's also offers Therapeutic Riding (Adaptive Riding) which teaches horsemanship and riding skills to individuals with a special need of any kind. Therapeutic Riding contributes to the cognitive, physical and social/emotional well-being of the rider. Volunteer opportunities are also available.
