Full care includes turn out, blanketing, medicating, supplementing, private stall, wash stall with hot/cold water, heated tack room, lighted, all-weather outdoor ring, heated automatic waterers, Safe-Fence brand fencing, trailer storage, high quality 2nd cutting, low starch, orchard grass hay and top-quality feed. Seasonal riding trails. Partial/Self-care includes a private 4 acre pasture for two horses (mares or geldings), private run-in shed with hay storage/tack & feed room/electricity/lighting, Safe-Fence brand fencing, trailer storage and use of facilities. Seasonal riding trails. Ideal for retired or semi-retired horses.
