Loudoun Therapeutic Riding Foundation, Inc. was founded in 1974 under the umbrella of the 4-H program. Over the decades, “LTR” has expanded from a small volunteer-run charity operating 9 months a year at rental facilities, to an organization with 7 full-time staff and 6 part-time staff operating out of its own property in Lovettsville.
