Queen Hive Farm

Queen Hive Farm is the closest horseback riding facility to Chincoteague Island, Va. Safety is our top priority! We are beginner-friendly (no experience necessary) and offer trail rides for ages 4 and up. Pony rides available for all ages. The trail ride is approximately one hour and tours through woods and farm fields. The farm also has goats, sheep, chickens, a cow, a donkey, a peacock, tame turkeys, miniature horses and more. We are a family business with just two employees, so reservations are required. There is a weight limit of 250 pounds, due to the size of our horses. Discount for three or more riders. A 25% deposit is required; it is refundable outside of 24 hours or in the case of unrideable weather.
