Within each of us is a desire to experience fun, connection and joy. Growth by inspiration, intention and mindfulness is natural and enjoyable. Learning a little each day for both horse and rider creates trust and confidence. Lightness, the ability to respond to aids, comes from understanding and joyful exploration.
