Mini Acres Trot-About Riding School has been bringing the magic of horses to students of all ages at their location in Colbert since 1995. Owner Cris Pemberton is a CHA Certified Instructor as well as an EAGALA Certified Equine Specialist. At Trot-About Riding School the well-being and safety of horse and rider come first. Cris believes that horses are not tools to be used, that they are partners who help us learn to communicate in a positive and confident manner. Working with equines is an opportunity to develop strong leadership skills that encourage others to work with us, not for us.
