Friendship Farm is a training program that provides job service skills and soft skills. Friendship utilizes different tasks around the farm to create opportunities for independent work, such as dumping wheelbarrows in the correct places without the need of supervision reminders, teamworking work, such as helping another individual lift and carry bins of paper, and awareness of the needs of others through the care of animals. All the tasks at the farm serve a purpose so our clients can see that their work matters.
